It has been over a year and a half since my last StitchFix & trust me when I say I was missing them! Now that I have hit a goal of 15 pounds lost and have gone down two pant sizes (and I had a credit!), I decided it was a good time to have one sent. In case you aren’t familiar with StitchFix, here’s how it works:
- Go to StitchFix and sign up! You will then fill out a style profile so your stylist can get an idea of your likes and dislikes. You can also fill out if you are looking for something specific like you need a dress for an upcoming wedding, or a new pair of great black skinny jeans.
- Then, pick the date you want to receive your fix. StitchFix will send you 5 items that your stylist picks just for you! You will be charged a $20 styling fee, but no worries– that $20 can be applied to something you love in your fix!
- Try everything on in the comfort of your own home– you have 3 days to try it on and decide! Then, you ship what you don’t love back to StitchFix via a prepaid envelope. When you checkout on your StitchFix account, you can tell them why you decided to keep or not keep the items, your $20 stylist fee is applied to as credit to what you do keep, AND if you keep all 5 items? You get 25% off the entire fix! StitchFix isn’t a monthly subscription, so you can just schedule them as you choose! That’s what I love best!
Here’s what was in my fix!
41 Hawthorn Dawney Scallop Trim Blouse & Kut from the Kloth Dayna Skinny Jean
These jeans were a big fat yes. I love Kut from the Kloth jeans and these fit me perfectly! It was SO incredible to fit in to jeans two sizes smaller than normal. This top was also a yes! I love that it can go from casual to dressy, and the scallop sleeves are stunning.
Fun2Fun Casper Cami Top & Just Black Adorra Skinny Jean
While I loved this cami top, it was too big and I felt like I wouldn’t wear it enough for the price. The material was really soft and I could tell it would wear well. It went back. The black skinny jeans were something I requested since most of mine are now too big, but these were too long and I didn’t want to have to roll them all of the time. I need something that hits me at the ankle (like the Kut from the Kloth ones did) and these just didn’t quite fit.
Mystree Jackie French Terry Jacket
I 100% loved this jacket and could have styled it endlessly, but it was too big. If it was a size smaller, it maybe wouldn’t have looked so boxy. This picture doesn’t really do it justice.
Overall, this was a success! I got a great new pair of jeans that I needed and that I feel amazing in!
