What I Wore Wednesday

Wednesday, you snuck up on me a little bit! Monday was spent recovering from all of Brayden’s birthday party festivities, and yesterday we ran a LOT of errands and caught up with some friends! I am in the process of getting my planner all set up and updated because school starts in THREE WEEKS and I just have to get it together.

Let’s get to it, shall we?

maxi skirt: Old Navy // tank: Old Navy

This tank was just a tad too long, so hello to the knot on the side. Makes it slightly more flattering (rouching!) and a better length paired with the skirt. Did I mention this outfit feels like pajamas?

dress (folded under to look like a maxi skirt): WalMart // tank: WalMart

Keeping with the “feels like pajamas” theme, I found this dress on clearance at Walmart. It was too long (which I am used to), so I just rolled it at my bust, put a tank over it and knotted the tank. Done and done. This was the ONLY photo I have from Brayden’s party, too. But hey, its just as fun for me as it is for my sister!

mint skinnies: GAP // top: Charmed Boutique

This cooler weather we have been having has been awesome. I love it. You will not hear me complain. This outfit was perfect for a play date at the park and running 100 errands yesterday.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE that you look so relaxed at his party. We did a much more relaxing party this year for the boys and it was SO freeing! Also love the idea of “hemming” the skirt without sewing! Great idea!
